Other languages are more than capable of programming an A.I. for a task. This goes back to the discussions of the strengths of each programming language. Some are more efficient to use like python, but others are faster or better at something else.

It's a very broad question, and not easily answered. My university has been developing its own A.I. in python and it runs just fine. I wouldn't say it's solely the best for creating artificial intelligence, I don't think any language can currently claim that as of yet in my opinion.

It also depends on what task (s) this A.I. is being designed to do and what environment It's expected to work in. It's a very broad question as I said.

oh got it, actually I studied somewhere that python is mostly used language in A.I.
