How to find a job as Java self taught programmer (in Poland)?!

hi ,
I think I'm not alone facing this problem , I was accountant and now i'm learning programming in Java working on desktop apps , and android apps.
but i don't know how to make CV as self taght programmer & the most important how to find a job , what skills required , etc...
please share your thoughts :)

Start gaining attention, apply for jobs, do teamwork projects with others online, create public applications and perhaps even a company(then you won't need a job), or in general just get practice, and make yourself known to possible jobs.
