Why ((+ or -)any numeric value)/0.0 gives (+ or -)infinity? Shouldn't it be an ArithmeticException?

This gives FilesNotFoundError. But "newfile.txt" is defined AlreAdy with quotes Around it.

In terminal if x='xyz \ uv' and then put x after >>>prompt it gives 'xyz \\ uv' but if I use print(X) it gives 'xyz \ uv'
