What is meant by "Strings are not mutable." I cannot understand it inspite of it we can change the value of string through out ?

I am having trouble converting a .py file to .exe one. I tried with pyinstaller, installing through cmd (I have Python 2.7 on my laptop), but it is so complicated. Is there any other way?

How can I make a reference for a list of variables. If false i want the system to check through all my variable to make sure they are false.
