Could geolocation be retrieved for browsers using incognito?

yes. for a browser geo location api work same in both normal and protected incognito mode , for geo location to work you have to provide location access permission to browser

Yes, your location can still be retrieved through the GeoLocation API. Existing permissions are shared between browser modes. You will have to remove this permission from your browser to disable GeoLocation.
