Do you have idea on how it's possible to create a different website in PHP, using the stuff already in use on WordPress?

There's a website in WordPress, with a lot of information, but I don't like to use that engine and those themes anymore. So, I have a lot of ideas to use the same information, without uninstall the WordPress, and change how it looks. I have this idea because there are people who are in charge of input the news, others are in charge to deal with the media stuff (photos, e.g.), and they are used to do the job on WP. I was thinking in how to read the information that WP put in the database, from my PHP engine.

What... Wordpress is procedural but it's a mvc framework... You have to do too much if you want to uninstall
