Python code shows mixed up output?

Why doesn't my code work?
I tried googling it, but couldn't find an answer.
Output shows all pieces mixed up.
I've only started coding a few days ago and I don't understand. Why is first input shown after the second?
am I missing something as to how a correct sequence of non-connected if statements?
If so, what should I do about it?
