At first place, when you start studying programing, you must start by learning algorithms. Since algorithms can be writen in you mother language, you will be able to learn the programing logic without worrying about learning another language.But if you want to study Java, or any other programming language, then you should study a bit of English first. So you could better understand the Programing key words.
