The best drag and dop soft to design the website and to edit html, css and js later

Question

I am wondering if you can recommend me a soft that helps me to design graphic (drag and drop) of a website and afterwards I would be able to edit its html, css and js.

Basically I do not see the point of writing the design I rather prefer to focus on action coding :)

Your help would be very appreciated.
