How does my submission of this app works?

Will the questions be validated and approved?

Quiz approval is speeded up by the community up votes and then it goes to the Mods (Quiz Reviewers)
There are several reasons of quiz being discarded:
1. Declined due to community down votes.
2. Declined by moderators.
3. Topic not included and more
and this process sometimes takes long time

Though my question is new, it is declining, is their any criteria for a question to be declained?
