whats different bettwen capitalize and uppercase

Whenever we are using" Capitalize" then the first letter should be capital
Example: capitalize(Hello)
and Whenever we are "UPPERCASE" the total word should be capitalize
Example: Uppercase(HELLO).

Capital is like Proper in excel... i.e. 1st alphabet of each word get capitalised only
