Notepad++ is a code Editor but not an Integrated Developed Environment like eclipse, Netbeans or IntelliJ. It can't load documentation, doesn't have code auto completion, lacks debugging tools, and can't run java programs without you configuring it to. The idea behind Notepad ++ is to help quickly access code at least for me, but not to code

if u really want to become a good programmer in java , then u should go for notepad++. because there will be no any suggestions for errors . And when u will run the programme then u get error and will find error themselves . So by this way u will definitely improve ur programming skills.
