How to add comments in courses?

I was checking Python Intermediate course and at top right, there is "comments" option. There I can see other people's comment but I do not see any option write my comment there.

Try swiping up while viewing the comment section. If that doesn't work reach out to support by emailing [e-mail].

While viewing comments you should see a big, green 'plus' sign. Click on it to add a comment.
