Your question is quite short and unclear, what type of games are you trying to refer?

If you want to create 2d games then there are some libraries available such as pygame, pyglet, cocos2d and some more.
If you wanna create 3d games then you can try panda3d, pygame with OpenGl, Ursina engine, godot engine(uses gdscript quite similar to python).

Just use pygame if you want your game to have sprites, if u wanna do something more elaborated i recommend you to learn c++

If you wanna make a game in *Python*, there are libraries like PyGame. If you have a pc, u can use Unity, although Unity uses C# mostly, it also supports python.

And if u wanna make games in other languages, you can use Unity(C#, C++), Unreal Engine 4/5(C++), ItsMagicEngine(Js,c#,Python etc.) or Godot Editor(GDScript).

If you wanna make simple games without coding, you can use Scratch.mit.edu (2D), BuildBox(2D + 3D) CreatiCode(2D + 3D + ChatGPT) or StruckD(3D but Idk it has 2D or not)

Note that Scratch.mit.edu and CreatiCode.com projects cannot be converted to .apk files
