Can we use our certificates on our resume

Yes you can Christopher Holster but keep in mind that some companies will say that they aren't worth the paper that they are created on nor the ink they are made with. If you are using them along with say an actual academic degree they will give some weight that demonstrates that you are re-enforcing your knowledge and skillsets.

We have a plethora of threads related to your question. Please feel free to read many of them but especially those most recent to your question as years ago when Sololearn was still breaking ground these certificates didn't carry any weight by themselves or within the professional marketplace.
