while loop problems

is there anyone that can help me with the while loops problem on Python for Beginners Course. Im just not getting it for some reason. Im either getting syntax error or its running infinite. I have to take user input, "hit" or "miss" and add 10 points to a set score of 100. With hit adding 10 points and miss taking away 10 points. Using a while loop and if statements
