To get a gasp on Dart,do i need to have a good amount of knowledge in c++ or java?I did basic oop stuff few months ago in pyton.

I was wondering before doing app developement (just for fun tho) what should i do?

I think the knowledge in python is no needed too. You can just start a course in Dart on a beginner stuff.
