Is it advisable to learn Python coding and HTML at same time ?

Go through format wise, I mean if you are learning html means your target can be, I guess web devloper.

So learn html first, then CSS and Js.
After Js you will be familiar with programming and then you will feel much easy to learn python after python you can start with learning the frameworks of python like Django, Flask, bottle etc .
