What’s the difference between subscription plans?

When I was looking at the subscription options in my iPhone settings, it came up with the following monthly plans:
£6.49
£6.99
£8.99
£12.99

What’s the difference, it has no information written there?

but that's not the case on iPhone, when I go to subscribe it has 10 options with different prices and it does not explain what the difference is.

There are only two plans available one is of 12 months which costs 119.9₹ per months and other is a single month plan which cost 169.9₹

Im on iPhone and im seeing all these different plans metioned, whats the difference? Theres the 6.99$ that i have then 8.99 9.99 12.99 and 14.99 a month
