How to create show & hide button with Toggle?

Hi, how to create show and hide Toggle function button using single button. Note-: as soon as I click on button then element should show and hide with changing text of button as Show , Hide

If I display element then button text should be hide. As soon as click on hide button element will be hide and simultaneously button text changes as show.
