What degree should I study to program the hardware?

I am 18 years old and i would like to make the code that controls the hardware (drivers and things like that) but i don't know what degree teaches that.In my country (Spain) i have found 3 degrees related to this ( informatics, computering and electronics ) but i don't know which one does it. Can you help me? Ty

@Eventyret i wouldn't mid doing robots in the future but i don't want to specialize so much in one thing just in case xD
