No.. There is no need of any Computer Science Degree to apply in such a big tech companies like amazon, goolgle etc...

But.. You need to be a good competitive programmer in any programming site like hacker rank, hacker earth, code chef, code forces etc.

You also need to have a good command in Programming Languages + Data Structures + Algorithms...

I think you should first try to get an internship in these companies... and try to get PPO {Pre Placement Offer} It is a simple way to get a job.
