A lot of us can see a User called Sololearn with the Sololearn picture.

You might also notice that its user URL is:

Number 1!!

Why would Sololearn make such a user?!

I think it is sololearn's user because if you make any user you would be following sololearn

When any user is created the user follows Sololearn's profile.

It's probably just the official SoloLearn profile used for proclaiming updates and posting nifty codes, and for testing courses (which would be why it is signed up for every course).
