Program in Python for Windows

Hi there, I need to write a simple program in Python for Windows, what tools/frameworks/IDE should I use? I know there are a lot of options, so I want to choose the best suitable ones. The program is just a manual/handbook with some technical information, with the feature to add new sections from the user's interface in future.

HI soulburn, If you are confortable with python i suggest you to download spyder (anaconda) it is the most complete software.
If you are new to python you can simply use the Python IDLE.
