Sidebar toggle problem in mobile view

I add a sidebar to make visible in deskop view default .but my if go to the mobile view i have an problem is when i click a toggle button twice that time only sidebar open .I WANT TO OPEN SIDEBAR WITH A SINGLE CLICK GUYS GIVE ME IDEA FOR THIS PROBLEM TQ
