How to assign values for hidden variables in front end from back-end ?

I need to pass several values as hidden parameters to a Url so an angular layer can be initialized. I am using spring boot rest service in the back-end. Anyone know how to do this?

Send parameters in JSON Object using JSON or Ajax.
