All ways for controlling and managing post in website

Today my question is that when we launch our website to a client, then how our client can manage the post and blogs on the website.
Please tell me how many ways do we have for this managing.

1- Make site admin panel from where you can delete,update contents of website

2- Wordpress and CMS like October gives Nice admin panel + content management systems , where you can manage site content

Obaid You need make wordpress specific theme for that, you can't do with others website

like: I made my website and I upload it then how can i manage it with wordpress.
