What programs for Web Design do you use and why?

I'm looking into different programs for web design. while learning code. I have discovered notepad and notepad plus. I really like the Adobe Products. What device do you use the program on?

notepad+ is better. even you can try mozilla webmaker.... its good online editor...

For frontend developing I'm using Brackets, for backend Sublime text 3. Android Studio 2 for Java/Andoid.
