any language can be used. java is more robust for it..koitlin is made specifically for android app development

Thank you Jason. Do you think learning JS, HTML, CSS will be a best combination to go with Flutter as i want to be able to develop for both android and ios?

if your goal is ios as well..yes do flutter with js html and css.
