Bot Accounts in SoloLearn?

Question

Recently in SoloLearn Playground, I've been seeing multiple accounts with numbers and some chinese(?) characters all posting a lot of codes. Is this tied to the recent slowness of the Playground? They seem to be multiplying a lot.. And the codes they post are just simple 1 or 2 lines with print and such, nothing fancy.
