Exponentiation in Python

Question

hello! I'm currently doing the python course on sololearn (that i'm enjoying very much), but i came across a statement that i don't get. Can anybody explain to me what this means?
"You can chain exponentiations together. In other words, you can rise a number to multiple powers. For example, 2 3 2."

2**3**2 = 2**9 = 512
