What is the correct answer to this quiz?

I've been getting this question in the quizzes and I've offered answer I new was correct but it seems there's no agreement between the question and my answer.

fill in the blank to create a text on a webpage which will send an email when clicked
<a ____="_______:email-address">Send email</a>

I'm sure the first value is "href" but for the second value, I've tried "mailto" but it doesn't seem to be the "answer". For those who gave the correct answer, what did you write in that field?

Ernest Paul Now Sololearn had fixed this question. Now you only type in the first blank 'href'.

I think this question is correct but has wrong formatting that will make wrong answer to user. I'd reported that to Sololearn.

Hmm. I would have thought mailto. I don't do html quizzes, so I've never seen this.
