I would say start with c basics...so that it helps you to switch to c++ and Java easily

C is very good to start with as it enables you to get onto any language you want with ease, if you're more interested with object orianted programming, Java is a good one to start with

HTML with CSS and JavaScript would be good for starting. You can get instant result with various look and feel which u can manipulate infinitely. Also it will help in starting Web site development.
