The link for the image has an extra ' at the end. Remove that and it works

TL;DR: Remove a qoute from the background URL

There's two quotes at the end of the of the URL function loading the background image. This effectively out comments the rest.

I know that the links should be automatic between each of the HTML, CSS and JS. I have tried with links but no success.
