Should some questions have more time to answer?

Sometimes certain questions don't seem to give enough response time. I am playing from a cell phone and certain questions require a combination of symbols/numbers/ letters. This can be difficult to tap and if you make a mistake you may literally run out of time to correct it. should certain ???s receive a little more time to answer, how much? Surely I am not the only person that feels this way ?? leave comments
