I need help with the frame tag

I just saw on sololearn that the frame tag is not supported on HTML5. what's the use of still including the frame tag in HTML since it's no longer in use.. if <frame> is not supported in HTML 5 is there any other standard of using the frame tag in HTML5. I really need help on this. your contribution would be highly respected
