anyone know which language to make this?

this is my friends website and he make a good one, i need to know how to make that kind of website. i am new in programming is what is php,phyton,jave userd for i totally no clue.... website : www.stormok.com

HTML and CSS with JavaScript are good for making websites like this, but keep in mind as @Dennik said, websites are not as easy as they look! I hope to see your own website soon!
