suggest me some ideas for FYP and language (PY , CS , C++ , java)

The choice of language depends upon your project mainly and your idea. If you want to develop normal desktop application with an integrated database, you can do this in any of the languages you listed. But if you are upto more specific task, just make sure that the best libraries for achieving your task are available in your programming language.
