either buy hosting plans from web hosting service providers or rent a vps. register a domain of your choice in domain registrars. web hosting service providers will have like nameservers for your domain to point to and everything will be easy, you just send your files and there you go. but if you happen to have a vps, you need to configure web servers like apache or nginx

you would need some kind of registration form linked to a mysql or apache database then some user groups which you could then choose to give which group what access to the website the other way would be to use a CMS like joomla or phpnuke

I'm pro in HTML JavaScript and CSS its the stupid color codes that keeps failing no designers know all the color codes the color code questions are stupid as most designers refer to the color chart as they program / sorry for off topic // also I resent your assumptions you could of asked :-) p.s I also reported the fact the question are stupid in challenges and I hope sololearn remove all question regarding hex codes except black and white as there obvious one all designers should know

@John J - I took a look in your skills I suggest you learn and complete HTML course then challenge people to increase your knowledge in coding using HTML, we all probably learnt it before we could challenge even though some of us haven't completed it yet
