Williams Mukapa there is no else-statements in html5 ... html5 is a declarative language for sections of content as well as content itself separated by <tags> not curl brackets {} or parentheses () or guarded semicolons and does not have a logic interpreter.
If you are referring to Javascript yes there are boolean related if-statements and else is usually the default if the if-statements are false.
