Possible to create own code challenge?

It is possible to create an own coding challenge in a specific language that other people are able to play?
An if yes, how?

Many years ago Sololearn built its question pool for challenges with user submissions that were peer-reviewed. That feature is no longer available. They also had Community-submitted tutorial lessons, but that feature is no longer available.

Nono Apfel please follow the heading of this thread as it relates to creating community code challenges... Louis created this thread years ago ... and no it is not language specific because that would infact lure others to do someone's homework.
