Is a refund possible?

So I used the 14 days free trial. The payment was connectwd thru the google pay and it instantly wenth thru, when it ended. I just seen now 5 days later

Dragos _sh2 Sololearn clearly states in their terms while you try the free trial, that they will remind you 2 days before your trial ends(at Day 12). From Day 14, your subscription will start and you'll be charged, so cancel any time before.

Your payment went as it was supposed to since you didn't cancel, according to their terms. So Sololearn technically isn't obliged to refund you, and so I think they won't either. But whatever you think, you can contact Sololearn via email to tell them: [e-mail]

oh, I really hope they will respond cuz thats a 1 year subscription that I absolutely dont need
