Make great codes, that's what will get you upvotes in your code.
Do code challenges, explore and comment in peoples' codes, help people if you can. That's how you'll make friends.

If you want to be a junior dev you should spend more effort making "friends" on big sites like stackoverflow, LinkedIn, github, etc. where they have actual recruiters or people that can refer you. Those "likes" matter more than Sololearn likes

There can be some here, but 99% of people are beginners trying to learn the basics.

To make friends on here: be kind, be involved, be someone people come to for help and/or advice, avoid drama, participate in user discussions and challenges (personal feeds)

Go use an AI like ChatGPT or Gemini. They'll give good ideas and write the code for you. Just use Canvas mode in Gemini. To get good friends, participate in code challenges here on Sololearn, create nice posts, follow people you like (they usually follow you back in return). Just be nice and don't act like a scammer or bully or hacker or someone unpleasant.

P.S. The more codes you post, the more upvotes you'll get, and the more popular you'll be. THAT'S proven - check out my recent success on posting 3 cool code bits and getting over 12 upvotes. Actually, do it.
