Creating a quiz and practice similar to solo learn

I would like to know if anyone knows how to create the quiz and practice section of solo learn using Python.
Please I would also love to know if any other programming language should be learnt in order to achieve this

You need a grafical user interface GUI. The programming language depends of users device OS - ie. Android, Apple, Windows etc. or Web GUI.

Additional will be needed a database for saving diferent things, among others quiz questions and answers.

For best results you need to know a few languages and frameworks.

But you could also get that already with Python and few of its frameworks.

The web solution with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python for backend as well as MySql is for the beginning recommended.
