I have studied a lot of programming languages, and each of them can give a new, unique perspective, and improve your understanding of how to do better programming.
According to surveys, almost 80% of the internet is still running on PHP. And that is not only wordpress blogs, but e-commerce and CRM systems, even Facebook was built with a heavily customized version of PHP. Of course it comes down to personal preference if you like a language or not. But learning it can open up a lot of opportunities.
In terms of JS frameworks, I would probably look at Svelte instead of Angular.
And add NoSQL to your database scope, for example MongoDB.
Then the "soft" parts are also important: how to work with an IDE, how to use version control (git) and issue tracking systems.
