Which kind of language should I study first?

I am totally new. I am a student, and I love computer program, but I want to ask which kind of language should I study first? Python? C++?

It depends on your goals. In general, once you have learned one programming language, you will find it easier to learn other programming languages as well.

Python is surely the easiest and better way to start, getting familiar with basic programming concept. After that you can move on C++ even if I advise you to start C before C++
