How to be a programmer? Which are the first steps to start this journey?

Hi I'm Adam. I have just downloaded this app and joined this community. I would like to study new skills. It is a life changing situation for me, but I do not have strong basis and any previous experience in computer programming. I know that this is a long process but I would appreciate if you could give me advice how to start programming. Can I learn a programming language without specific knowledge in computer science? Which subjects are essential to understand the structure of the codes? How should I start the learning process, what would be the optimal order and how can I obtain the funds that can help me to reach a higher level in this field of life?

Start by learning to use the search bar. Once you've mastered that learn to use search engines. Once you know how to use those take a look at some of the millions of search results for your question. Go on from there.
