Which IDE for Java?

Hi, i would like to code a new project in Java. In the past, I've always used the IDE Eclipse. Now I was wonderin if i should continue to code in Eclipse or switch to IntelliJ IDEA or Visual Studio Code. Im not really sure what the main differences between them are and which IDE is the best for coding in Java. So which IDE would you personally recommend to me and why?

I think u should use visual Studio, that IDE is vbest for everything, it provides various different extensions and it has great user experience, and once you'll get used to it its very addictive and you can switch between diff languages by just creating diff file extensions such as .py , . Cpp I think that will help u.... Plz upvote if u like it

You can use Notepad++ for everything. It's really a great lightweight editor, and it doesn't take half an hour before it has loaded. You can also configure it to use many different languages at the same time.
