I do no know how to be a web developed and to be a programmer. so anyone suggest me.

this is possible, but it is much more comfortable to learn programming on a computer or laptop

web developing is basically programming more visuals instead of
functionals, So there’s not really much difference between the two.

programming on a mobile device is easy. Running the programs is the tricky part, but thankfully android is pretty open to that.

with a simple text editor or general-purpose code-writing app, web development on android should be super easy, since most browsers can run the programming languages used (duh).

as for more general purpose programming on Android, I can recommend QPython as a pretty decent Python IDE for android, with a fairly okay Android API.
