What are your motivations when learn App or Web path yoursefl? What and How much do the needs of HR to intership?

I feel it is a extremely huge knowledge to learn web path from basic to expert. I get frustrated sometimes. I have learned C++, C, HTML5, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, BOOSTRAP, JAVA, C#, PHP, OOP, COMPUTER NETWORKING.... I want get a job and do an intern to get real experiences. But I don't know what and how much knowledge the intership should have.
